Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Customers are advised that Gurukrupa Urban has a robust grievance redressal structure and processes to ensure prompt in-house redressal of all their customer complaints, which is as under : -
  1. In branch, the complaint register is kept with the Branch-in-charge which would make it possible for the customers to enter their complaints.
  2. In addition to this, a 'Suggestion-cum-Complaint' Box is kept at the branch. Customers may drop their written complaints with their names and address in the Box.
  3. There is a system of acknowledging the complaints, where the complaints are received through letters.
